Xero is cloud based which means you can access your data in real time from anywhere you have an internet connection. You can get accurate up to date information about your cash flow so that you can make decisions promptly based on your current financial status.

Raising invoices in Xero could not be more simple. In fact you can even leave that to us, so that you can concentrate on getting more sales. 

Using Xero software makes your life so much easier, and ours too! We can easily chase outstanding debts for you, by setting up templates to email your clients when their invoices are overdue. No more chasing payments, we can be your credit control team! Xero even integrates with your emails so that the email is sent from your business and not through a Xero based email address. This offers a more personal touch when contacting your clients.

We can even add payment methods to your invoices such as Stripe and GoCardless. This makes it easier for your clients to never miss a payment, by setting up a direct debit or paying by card.

As Xero integrates with Dext we use this alongside to ensure that expenses do not get missed. By connecting Dext with Xero and your bank feed it means that transactions are easily matched so there’s no going back and forth between ourselves to find out what the receipt relates to.
